Where should I park?
Parking is very inexpensive for a metro-area (usually $3-$5; bring cash or change, because the lot is unattended) in the lot behind the alley that runs between Buttles and Hubbard. There is metered parking on many surrounding streets that is inexpensive and free on Sunday. (some meters are permit-only, so please check). Parking directly behind the salon is permit-only.


What are your hours?
We are open Monday from 6pm-9pm, Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30am to 9pm, and Sunday from 11am-7pm.

What is the difference between the different levels?
Our stylist levels are designed to make sure you get the experience-level you desire in the price range most comfortable to you. All of our stylists receive ongoing education, so expect your stylist to advance throughout his/her tenure with us.

Specialists typically have 1-3 years of experience. They provide all of our basic services, but may not be booked for a corrective color service. They are highly competent in all basic cutting and coloring techniques.

Seniors typically have 3-5 years of experience. A senior stylist is the minimum level required for performing corrective color services and for complex cutting techniques.

Masters typically have 5-7 years. You may want to visit a Master for extremely damaged hair or if you are someone who has very specific preferences regarding cut and/or color. Masters often service many high profile clients.

Directors typically have 7+ years. A director may have experience with many product lines, often has very high profile clients and sometimes does work on a national level.


My friend is tight on money, do you have any options for her?
We do! Before we accept a stylist as a Specialist, he/she takes part in our specialist training program. After completing the first two phases of this program and being approved to see outside clients, these stylists are permitted to service clients at half of our normal retail prices. If this is a good way for you or someone you know to experience and upscale salon at a fraction of the normal cost, please make sure you specify an appointment with an "S.I.T." when you call in (we only book these appointments by special request).
